Justin joined Rowan Dartington in 2023 with more than two decades working in financial services.

Prior to joining Rowan Dartington & St. James's Place, Justin worked as Head of Retail Investments (EMEA) and Head of Retail Multi-Asset Funds at LGIM.

He was also a senior fund manager and part of a team managing over £70 billion for pension schemes and savers globally, leading on the management of the award-winning multi-index funds. In addition, he managed the L&G Multi-Manager Funds, oversaw the manager research team and helped to launch the LGIM Model Portfolio Services.

He has also held previous roles with Aviva Investors, Merrill Lynch and Aon Consulting.

Tom Beale is the Executive Board Director at Rowan Dartington and the Chief Investment Officer for parent company St. James’s Place. Tom has worked in financial markets for 21 years, and has been with St. James’s Place for 12 years. Prior to this, he worked for J.P. Morgan, Credit Suisse, and Thomson Reuters.

Marc took over as Rowan Dartington's Operations Director in 2022, having previously worked with RD as a consultant.

Marc has a long career in financial services, having previously held senior roles with Aegon, Fidelity, Old Mutual, Skandia and Barclays Wealth. Marc began his career at KPMG and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants

David has worked extensively in financial services for over thirty years. Before joining Rowan Dartington he was Managing Director of Aegon Investment Solutions and Chief Executive of Aegon Investments Limited responsible for the development of the UK funds strategy and mandates for their £35bn of insured funds. Prior to this, David was Chief Executive of Cofunds Limited – the largest retail platform in the UK – for five years, and previously Chief Executive of the specialist SIPP provider Suffolk Life. David has also had an extensive career at Legal & General in a number of roles including being responsible for Legal & General’s Investor Portfolio Service for the banks and building societies market, as well as leading the award-winning service operation within its workplace division. David is a Fellow of The Pensions Management Institute.

Glenn joined with a wealth of experience gained from a career spanning over 15 years in financial services with TSB where he was Director of Strategic Finance, and formerly Capital One. Glenn started his career with Arthur Andersen, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Mark joined Rowan Dartington in 2018 from Wipro Limited. 

Mark has over 20 years' experience in the compliance, predominantly in the financial services sector.

Prior to his role at Wipro Limited, Mark spent over seven years as the Group Compliance Director at Quilter Plc.

Glen joined Rowan Dartington in 2018, heading up the North, Central and Stockbroking teams for 5 years. Now Managing Director, his team is responsible for distribution of the Stockbroking and Investment Management services offered to private clients, and Partners of St. James’s Place Wealth Management.

Glen has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services sector having joined Rowan Dartington / SJP Group from Lloyds Bank where Glen held a variety of roles – these included Regional Director for the Commercial Bank, Head of UK Real Estate (SME), Head of Conduct for Halifax Mortgages and Strategy & Programme manager for Bancassurance during the RDR.  Prior to joining Lloyds, Glen spent over a decade in the LP&I industry working for Friends Provident and Scottish Widows in a variety of sales and operational roles.
