Marc took over as Rowan Dartington's Chief Executive Officer in 2024, having previously worked with RD as Operations Director and prior to that as a consultant.

Marc has a long career in financial services, having previously held senior roles with Aegon, Fidelity, Old Mutual, Skandia and Barclays Wealth. Marc began his career at KPMG and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Glen joined Rowan Dartington in 2018, heading up the North, Central and Stockbroking teams for 5 years. Now Managing Director, his team is responsible for distribution of the Stockbroking and Investment Management services offered to private clients, and Partners of St. James’s Place Wealth Management.

Glen has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services sector having joined Rowan Dartington / SJP Group from Lloyds Bank where Glen held a variety of roles – these included Regional Director for the Commercial Bank, Head of UK Real Estate (SME), Head of Conduct for Halifax Mortgages and Strategy & Programme manager for Bancassurance during the RDR.  Prior to joining Lloyds, Glen spent over a decade in the LP&I industry working for Friends Provident and Scottish Widows in a variety of sales and operational roles.

Justin is Chief Investment Officer of both Rowan Dartington and our parent company, St. James's Place. He brings more than two decades of experience in financial services.

Prior to joining St. James's Place Group, he worked as Head of Retail Investments, EMEA and Head of Retail Multi-Asset Funds at Legal & General Investment Management, as well as serving as a senior fund manager, part of a team managing over £70 billion for pension schemes and savers globally.

Justin is responsible for investment strategy, asset allocation, and manager research and monitoring.

Glenn joined with a wealth of experience gained from a career spanning over 15 years in financial services with TSB where he was Director of Strategic Finance, and formerly Capital One. Glenn started his career with Arthur Andersen, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Mark joined Rowan Dartington in 2018 from Wipro Limited. 

Mark has over 20 years' experience in the compliance, predominantly in the financial services sector.

Prior to his role at Wipro Limited, Mark spent over seven years as the Group Compliance Director at Quilter Plc.

Sharon is the Client Operations Director of our parent, St. James's Place, and is responsible for our own Operations team.
